We offer the following services:

All prices are indicative and may vary based on project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in a formal proposal or quotation.
3. Engagement & Payment
– All consulting engagements begin upon acceptance of a written proposal or quotation.
– A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in the proposal.
– Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
4. Intellectual Property
– All materials, frameworks, and deliverables created by Roberts Franchising OPC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.
– Clients may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense deliverables without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ business information. Any sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
– Our services are advisory in nature. Implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
– Roberts Franchising OPC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
– Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
– Clients may cancel an engagement by providing written notice.
– Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
– For ongoing projects, clients will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

– We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without prior notice.
